However, even after a successful update an optimal performance of each particular player cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, store all important data in the PC. • If the set is powered off while updating, it will not power on anymore, unless special jig software is used. Slide the power switch to [OFF] after the camera has restarted, and remove the memory card/stick. 3. Operation Check 3-1. Modify the language setting to the language designated to each destination (in the example below Finnish). 3-2. Insert the appropriate media, and start shooting images. 3-3. Push the delete button about 1 sec. during the “Camera auto review”. Check whether the Access LED is lighted. 3-4. Verify whether messages are displayed correctly. Especially check the message in the red rectangle. NOTE On average, the display time is 2 seconds. If using media with a fast writing speed, the lighting time of the access lamp may become shorter, making the reading of a message more difficult. To expand the display time, modify the “image quality setting” to [RAW+JPEG]. 3-5. After checking is finished, restore the camera to the customer’s settings.
